Individual franchisees and area franchisees receive complete training within their region for the operation and management of their center. Our international operations team conducts a month-long master licensee training program that covers all aspects of The UPS Store ownership and operation. This training is designed to help master licensees develop and manage a thriving network of The UPS Store locations across a country or territory. Master licensees, area franchisees and franchisees receive scheduled visits from operations personnel to assist with specific needs as the business grows. In addition, there are opportunities to share ideas and interact with members of our worldwide network at regional and global conferences.
