A network of more than 5,200 The UPS Store locations nationwide offers customers peace of mind with the Pack & Ship Guarantee* that can provide reimbursement if the package is lost or damaged.† The UPS Store locations also have The UPS Store Certified Packing Experts® available as a resource for all packing, shipping and returning needs, including packing fragile or unusually shaped items. Customers can also choose additional services such as UPS My Choice® and UPS Access Point® delivery options to reroute their packages from home porches to The UPS Store centers to ensure their secure arrival.

Below are the recommended last days to ship packages domestically via UPS for December 23 delivery:
- Tuesday, Dec. 19 via UPS 3 Day Select® service
- Wednesday, Dec. 20 via UPS 2nd Day Air® service (Dec. 21 with Saturday Delivery options)
- Thursday, Dec. 21 via UPS Next Day Air® service (Dec. 22 with Saturday Delivery options)

If a gift didn’t work out quite as planned, the returns process is quick and convenient at any The UPS Store location, with many now offering a self-serve kiosk for online returns with participating retailer QR code or pre-labeled drop-off packages. Additionally, many centers offer extended holiday hours for those last-minute shoppers, and many The UPS Store locations typically have the latest UPS pickup in the area.
